Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of your purchase. This means that if 14 days or more have passed since the date of your purchase, we would unfortunately not be able to offer exchanges or returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was bought. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some items, however, cannot be returned. This includes perishables such as food items, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. This also includes personal hygiene or sanitary products, dangerous materials, or flammable or gaseous substances.

The following items also cannot be returned:

  • Greeting cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Health and personal products

To complete your refund, you would also need to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Only a refund can be issued for some items (when applicable). These include:

  • Books with visible wear
  • Compact Discs (CDs), DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes or vinyl records whose packaging has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing one or more parts for reasons other than our omission.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after giving birth.

Refunds (When Applicable)

Once we have examined the returned item, we will email you to let you know that have received it, and would let you know shortly whether it was accepted or rejected. If your return was accepted, your refund will be issued to your credit card or via the original payment method, within a few short days.

Late or Partial Refunds (When Applicable)

If you haven’t seen your refund yet, please check your bank account statement. Afterwards, please consult your credit card issuer. It might take some time before the refund appears on your credit card statement. Following that, contact your bank. There is often a period of processing time before a refund appears on your credit card statement.

Discounted Items (when Applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be exchanged. Discounted Items cannot unfortunately be returned.

Exchanges (when applicable)

We only exchange damaged or otherwise defective items. If you want to exchange your item, email us at info@fujicom.com before sending your item to 39 David Navon st., Moshav Magshimim, Israel, 5691000.

Deliveries

To return your item, please have it delivered to 39 David Navon st., Moshav Magshimim, Israel, 5691000. You would have to bear the delivery costs, which would not be reimbursed. If you are issued a refund, it would be deducted the cost of the delivery.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items might vary.

Return and Exchange Policy

You may cancel a purchase in accordance to the Consumer Protection Act, 1981 (hereinafter “the law”).
